Walmart’s Global Innovation Tackles Food Waste and Freshness: Walmart is working with agritech startup GreenPod Labs in India to reduce food waste by developing methods to slow down fruit ripening during transit. Amazon Boosts Delivery Accuracy with New Order Handling Limits: Amazon has updated its Order Handling Capacity settings to ensure more accurate delivery estimates for shoppers, implementing the changes on February 7. 4. eBay Delays New Condition Labels for Used Clothing: eBay delayed plans to introduce new condition categories for used clothing in an attempt for a smoother transition. Sellers, however, still expressed frustration over the added workload of updating listings, and many also worried that the new condition labels could lead to buyer disputes due to differing interpretations of clothing quality.
